Temple of the Nativity
On December 18, 1992, the Orthodox parish was established in the village of Kochki. At first, parishioners and servitors of the parish huddled on the premises of the former music school, but then on February 26, 1993, they were provided with premises. By Christmas 1994, the premises was prepared and consecrated as a church.
In 2004 upon the initiative of the former head of the Kochkovsky district I.I. Mikhailov the new temple was built in a short time. The consecration took place on January 2, 2005 on the Day of St. John of Kronstadt. Regular church services, baptisms, weddings in the new temple began from that day.
The Holy fire was delivered to the rural locality of Kochki to the Temple of the Nativity of Christ for the first time on Easter in 2008.
There was the library built, the fund of which is spiritual literature, there in the territory of the Parish in 2014. The temple has a Sunday school for children, several individuals study at the Novosibirsk Theological Institute, and district orthodox conferences are held as well.

How to get there: the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the village of Kochki is 200 km by car. There is a bus service from the Novosibirsk bus station (4 Krasny avenue) to the village of Kochki.
Work pattern: daily from 09:00 till 17:00
