Городская усадьба мещанина Родиона Мартемьяновича Копылова

The monument of wooden architecture on the corner of Krasnoyarskaya street and of 1905 goda street (former Pereselencheskaya street) was built in 1901. It is the dwelling house. It was recognized as an architectural monument of regional significance on April 14, 1976.

The Urban Homestead of the Tradesman Rodion Martemianovich Kopylov is typical for construction of the early XX century in the city of Novonikolayevsk, and is a transition from folk-type dwellings to the city commercial apartment building with several apartments.

The large two-storeyed building faces the southern and eastern facades on the red lines of 1905 goda street (the former Pereselencheskaya street) and Krasnoyarskaya street. In the yard of the house there was a log stable, which at a later time was converted due to a change in function (now lost).
