Museum-and-Memorial Complex of the Kupinsky district

The Kupinsky Museum of Local History was organized in 1985 at the regional Palace of Culture by the teacher Antonina Vasilevna Prudnikova. Currently, the museum has more than 4,000 exhibits. It is located in the comfortable, spacious, renovated building of the former Palace of Culture of the Railmen. The museum has 5 halls such as: military glory, fauna and flora, peasant hut, hall of Soviet life, hall of presentations.

The museum participates in all district and regional events. In 2014, the establishment three times became the winner of regional competitions.

The large museum-and-memorial complex was built in the territory adjacent to the museum building. Here the monument to the Heroes of the front and rear was repaired, pedestals with tank and an armored personnel carrier were installed, works on the landscaping of the monument were carried out.

How to get there: the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the city of Kupino is 470 km by car. One can get from the Novosibirsk bus station (43a Dmitriya Shamshurina ul.) to the city of Kupino by bus on the routes "Novosibirsk-Severnoye", "Novosibirsk-Chistoozyornoye". One can get from the railway station "Novosibirsk-Main" (43 Dmitriya Shamshurina str.) to the city of Kupino by train as well.
