The Holiday Facility "Sinemorie" is located in the Karakan pine forest on the shore of the Ob sea. It can accommodate more than 200 people at a time and offers various types of accommodation: rooms with all amenities, with amenities for 3 rooms, as well as accommodation in cottages.

The following accommodation options are available: 
- bedroom building, i.e. three-storeyed brick building with a total capacity of 68 seats, 2-, 4-seater rooms with amenities directly in the room. Rooms of 1st and 2nd category;
- hotel is two floors and attic (2-, 4-seater rooms), amenities are located on the floor. The total capacity of the hotel is 18 people. There is a hall with soft furniture and video equipment on the second floor;
- apartment-type hotel is the three-storeyed brick building with a total capacity of 60 seats, 2-, 3-, 4-seater rooms with amenities for three rooms;
- cottages: wooden, of Finnish houses type, minimum capacity 5 people, maximum - 8 people (2-, 3-seater rooms). The entrances to the rooms are isolated, locked with a key. The amenities are located in the separate sanitary unit;
- the Forester's house is the detached two-storeyed building on the other side of the bay. Total capacity 22 guests (1-, 2-, 3-seater rooms). There is barbecue, entrance hall next to the house.

There is canteen there in the separate entertainment complex, where discos, conferences, film- and video reviews, karaoke take place.

As for winter entertainments here it is possible to place emphasis on the following items:
- horseback riding or sleigh rides;
- ski rental: - cross-country skiing in the picturesque places of the Karakan pine forest;
- ice slides;
- snowmobile; extreme snowmobile rides: - towing "banana", skiing.

The holiday facility has sauna with swimming pool and rest room.

In summer there is boat station with water transport rental such as: boat, sailing catamarans, windsurfing, water sled "banana". There are 2 magnificent beaches, i.e. one for adults and one for children with a total length of 150 m. There is playground. Children have a great opportunity to ride the pony named Kliukva.

The Karakan pine forest is rich in porcini mushrooms and cranberries. Ob sea will welcome fishing lovers both of winter fishing and of summer one. There are specially equipped picnic areas with barbecues all along the shore.

The territory is treated from the tick twice a year.

The holiday facility has access to the Internet network, namely Wi-Fi.

Untouched nature, clean air combined with the amenities of civilization creates a unique cocktail of recreation and entertainment, what is the pension so proud of. Many events are held here, they include the following ones: corporate parties, banquets, holidays, receptions, show-programs.

How to get there: the distance from the city of Iskitim (the administrative center of Iskitimsky district) to the holiday facility "Sinemorie" is 84 km by car, the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the holiday facility is 134 km by car. It is necessary to move along the Berdsk highway (M 52) in the direction of the city of Iskitim by own car. Before reaching the city, at 54-th km, it is necessary to turn towards the settlement of Burmistrovo, pass the village of Bystrovka, the settlement of Zavyalovo. The Holiday Facility "Sinemorie" is located on the shore of the Ob reservoir.

Another option: One can get to the city of Iskitim by electric train on the routes "Novosibirsk-Main-Iskitim", "Novosibirsk-Main-Lozhok", "Novosibirsk-Main-Dorogino", "Novosibirsk-Main-Cherepanovo". There is a regular bus from the city of Iskitim to the settlement of Zavyalovo.
One can also get from the Novosibirsk bus station (4 Krasny avenue) to the city of Iskitim by buses on the routes "Novosibirsk-Maslyanino", "Novosibirsk-Barnaul", "Novosibirsk-Belokurikha", "Novosibirsk-Gorno-Altaysk", "Novosibirsk-Suzun", "Novosibirsk-Biysk", "Novosibirsk-Rubtsovsk", "Novosibirsk-Zarinsk", "Novosibirsk-Chemal", "Tomsk-Belokurikha", "Yurga-Belokurikha". There is a regular bus from the city of Iskitim to the settlement of Zavyalovo.
