The Recreation Facility "Chalet Karakan" is located in the picturesque corner of the Karakan pine forest on the shore of the gulf of the Ob reservoir on the outskirts of the village of Abrashino of the Ordynsky district.

The place to stay at the facility is a house built of natural wood in the form of a chalet, which has 8 rooms with stylish wooden handmade furniture. Each room has double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables. The windows of bright rooms offer beautiful scenery. The house is equipped with sanitary conveniences and showers with hot and cold water and is designed for 16 people.

The facility provides 3 meals a day. If guests rent the entire house and want to cook on their own, they are provided with kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary for comfortable cooking, namely: kitchen furniture, tableware, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. Cauldron and barbecue are provided for cooking over an open fire.

There is Russian bath with two rooms designed for 6 people there in the territory of the facility. Both baths are provided with wood-burning stoves, birch brooms and wet steam. Thrill-seekers can immerse into the waters of the Ob river after the steam room.

The facility is ideal for fishing enthusiasts. It is located on the shore of the bay, a favorite place of pike and rudd, where one can quietly drop the spinning or sit with a fishing rod.

One can spend their leisure time boating, sunbathing on the beach, swimming in the Ob reservoir or lake located 300 m from the reservoirs and called "Karakanskaya Aya".

On the ground floor there is gym with soft flooring and warm floors for yoga or training.

One can pass the evening by playing board games (lotto, dominoes, chess, backgammon), singing songs in combination with karaoke or watching TV. Romantic evenings around the campfire will not leave anyone indifferent.

How to get there: the distance from the worker's settlement of Ordynskoye (district center of Ordynsky district) to the village of Abrashino is 26 km by car (including a ferry to the w.s. of Ordynskoye: "Ordynskoye-Nizhnekamenka"), the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the village of Abrashino is 130 km by car (including a ferry to the w.s. of Ordynskoye: "Ordynskoye-Nizhnekamenka").
The best way to get to the recreation facility in summer is the way through the w.s. of Ordynskoye, then, by ferry to the village of Nizhnekamenka and then, 15 km to the village of Abrashino. The length of the route is about 130 km from the center of the city of Novosibirsk.
One can also get to "Chalet Karakan" along the right bank through Karakan pine forest, the following villages: Burmistrovo – Bystrovka – Zavyalovo – Fakel Revolyutsii – Yerestnaya – Nizhnekamenka – Ust-Khmelyovka – Abrashino. The length of the route is about 180 km from the city center of Novosibirsk. After turning from the Barnaul highway to Burmistrovo it is necessary to go all the time along the main road, without turning anywhere.

Another option: one can get from the Novosibirsk bus station (4 Krasny avenue) to the worker's settlement of Ordynskoye by buses on the routes "Novosibirsk-Ordynskoye", "Novosibirsk-Kamen-na-Obi", "Novosibirsk-Krasnozyorskoye", "Novosibirsk-Dovolnoye", "Novosibirsk-Kochki", "Novosibirsk-Bagan", "Novosibirsk-Karaganda", "Novosibirsk-Mikhaylovsky". Then, through the ferry crossing "Ordynskoye-Nizhnekamenka" to the village of Nizhnekamenka and by bus to the village of Abrashino (goes 2 times a week).
 
In winter, ice crossings are opened at the ferry site. The schedule of the ferry can be checked with the Manager of the recreation facility.
