The Recreation Facility "Teremki" is located on the shore of the Ob sea and is designed for 200 tourists. Children under the age of 5 years live here free of charge.

Accommodation options:
- four-seater apartments in the one-storeyed building. There is bedroom, living-room, kitchen area, sanitary conveniences;
- double apartments in the one-storeyed building. There is bedroom, kitchen area, bathroom;
- four-seater apartments in the two-storeyed building. There is bedroom, living-room, kitchen area, sanitary conveniences;
- three- and four-seater, two-storeyed cottages. Each room has kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, a set of dishes. Facilities are available in the territory.

Winter guest house the "Tower" is opened: there are double one-room suites of category "Standard", there are sanitary conveniences and double two-room suites of category "Semi-Luxe", also with sanitary conveniences.

The Facility "Small towers" is suitable for both family and corporate holidays. Comfortable territory, developed infrastructure and high level of service will make one's stay comfortable and enjoyable.
 
In summer, there is a shop where one can buy food and everything necessary. There is canteen, in the evening one can eat in the cafe.

Buses go from the Novosibirsk bus station (4 Krasny avenue) to the village of Krasny Yar. One can get from the bus stop to the recreation facility on foot or by taxi.
