The Recreation Facility "Ust-Aleus" is located in the ecologically clean and picturesque place on the shore of the Ob sea, in the gulf of the outflow of the river Aleus.

Accommodation options for guests:
- 4 two-storeyed cottages (buildings 1, 2, 3, 4) with a capacity of 18 people each. Accommodation in apartments of "Luxe" category and suites of "Standard" category;
- two-storeyed cottage "Tower" with a total capacity of 17 people, category "Standard";
- summer building "Toy boat" with a total capacity of 43 people, category "Economy";
- 10 summer double houses with a total capacity of 20 people, category "Economy".

It offers the following items for guests:
- cafe "Sail" (complex food or order of dishes on the menu);
- rent of banquet hall for celebrations and travelling seminars;
- canteen equipped with everything necessary for self-catering;
- summer houses with tables for relaxing with barbecue;
- DVD + karaoke, satellite TV;
- health-improvement centre with a terrace on the shore of the bay;

Every year the territory of the facility is treated from ticks. For regular customers there is a system of discounts.
 
Location: Ordynsky district, 94th quarter of Spirinsky forestry, in the gulf of the outfall of the Aleus river

How to get there: the distance from the worker's settlement of Ordynskoye (district center) to the recreation facility is 47 km by car, the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the recreation facility is 155 km by car. By car one should move along the highway "Novosibirsk-Kamen-na-Obi", beyond the village of Spirino there are pointers on the turn.
There is a bus from the Novosibirsk bus station (4 Krasny avenue) to the village of Spirino. And then 9 km from the village of Spirino to the recreation facility by car.
