The territory of the Recreation Facility "Oasis" is located in the Karakan pine forest, on the shore of the Ob reservoir. The facility operates year-round.

The infrastructure of the facility is extensive: skating rink, ski track, private beach, sports equipment rental, barbecue area, parking, billiards, paintball, volleyball, playground, sauna, cafe, summer dance floor, disco, banquet hall.

There are 13 double houses of the "Camping" category, which work exclusively in the summer period and guest house with a capacity of up to 34 people, working all year round there in the territory of the facility "Oasis". The house has everything necessary for a good rest, namely: cozy canteen, barbecue area, recreation room with billiards, recreation room with fireplace, children's corner.

The guest house is a 3-storeyed wooden cottage. There are 2-seater rooms "Standard", 7 rooms per floor, there on the first and second floors. There are sanitary conveniences and showers on each floor. There are the following items in the room: two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, mirror, shelf, clothes hangers. There is a face towel for each guest there in the room. The entire third floor is occupied by 3-room 4-seater suite "Luxe" with a fireplace. It is a spacious room with two bedrooms, sanitary conveniences, shower, kitchenette and cozy hall with satellite TV and fireplace. The cosy canteen on the 1st floor of the guest house is equipped with microwave, refrigerator and karaoke. Barbecue area is an area equipped with large barbecue, there is lighting, tables are brought out, the grill is attached to the outdoors grill in the summer period.

Summer house "Camping" is 2-seater houses on the lake shore with outdoor sanitary conveniences. One can rent a barbecue. Not far from the "Camping" there is summer cafe and beach. People living in summer "Campings" use parking, as well as summer houses located in the territory of the recreation facility, free of charge.

One can rent spinning rod, float rod and other gear at the facility. And to stay on the beach with a tent for an additional fee. All year round, guests can enjoy a hot Russian bath. In summer, a frame swimming pool is installed next to the bath.

How to get there: the distance from the worker's settlement of Ordynskoye (district center of Ordynsky district) to the recreation facility is 26 km by car (including a ferry crossing to the w.s. of Ordynskoye: "Ordynskoye-Nizhnekamenka"), the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the recreation facility is 130 km by car (including a ferry crossing "Ordynskoye–Nizhnekamenka").

Another option: one can get from the Novosibirsk bus station (4 Krasny avenue) to the worker's settlement of Ordynskoye by buses on the routes "Novosibirsk-Ordynskoye", "Novosibirsk-Kamen-na-Obi", "Novosibirsk-Krasnozyorskoye", "Novosibirsk-Dovolnoye", "Novosibirsk-Kochki", "Novosibirsk-Bagan", "Novosibirsk-Karaganda", "Novosibirsk-Mikhaylovsky". Then, through the ferry crossing "Ordynskoye-Nizhnekamenka" to the village of Nizhnekamenka and by bus to the village of Abrashino (goes 2 times a week).
