House of the living merchant Smirnova
Large wooden two-storeyed house of the merchant Smirnova, built in the late XIX-early XX centuries, is an object of cultural-and-historical heritage of regional importance. Being built on the hill, the building is clearly visible from viewpoints, playing a significant role in shaping of the silhouette of the village of Bitki. The stone shop of the owner of the house, the merchant Smirnova was located in the immediate vicinity.
The small outhouse, which houses ventilated pit latrine (lavatory), adjoins to the main building from the south facade. Platbands of windows of the second floor are decorated with an intricate carving. The nature of the carving is close to the urban non-professional architecture of the late XIX-early XX centuries.

One can get from the Novosibirsk bus station (4 Krasny avenue) to the settlement of Suzun by bus on the route "Novosibirsk-Suzun". The settlement of Suzun and the village of Bitki are also connected by bus service.
