Petropavlovka Local History Municipal Budgetary Institution of Culture "Mokhnatologovsky Cultural-and-Recreational Center"
The Petropavlovsk Museum of Local History was founded in 1987 by the history teacher N.M. Bakhmatskii. Currently, it is the museum complex occupying an area of 0.7 ha. It consists of the following items: hall for the ethnography and archaeology, hall for the military and labor glory, hall for the history of education in the village, hall for the history of the village of Petropavlovsk.
The open-air museum presents the "Street of the first settlers", the memorial "Pages of the chronicle of the little Motherland", the exposition of old agricultural machinery. In the ancestral workshop built in 2009, along with the group work, a master class on weaving and spinning on a spindle and spinning wheel was organized. Each visitor has the opportunity to try himself as a weaver or spinners under the guidance of experienced masters.

One can get from the Novosibirsk bus station (43a Dmitriya Shamshurina ul.) to the settlement of Krasnozyorskoye by bus on the routes "Novosibirsk-Krasnozyorskoye", "Novosibirsk-Chistoozyornoye", "Novosibirsk-Karasuk", "Novosibirsk-Polovinnoye", "Novosibirsk-Kupino", "Novosibirsk-Bagan".
One can get from the railway station "Novosibirsk-Main" (43 Dmitriya Shamshurina ul.) to the railway station "Krasnozyorskoye" by train on the route "Novosibirsk-Kulunda". There is also a bus service between the settlement of Krasnozyorskoye and the city of Petropavlovsk.
