Детский оздоровительный лагерь «Тимуровец»

The Children's Sanatorium Health-improvement Camp "Timurite" is located on the shore of the Berdsk bay of the Ob sea, covers an area of 14 ha.

"Timurite" is the winner of the All-Russian competition of children's camps in 2012 in the nomination "Countryside stationary sanatorium camp".

The camp profile includes diseases of the musculoskeletal and bronchopulmonary systems, digestive organs, ENT organs, and neurological diseases. There are dentist, physiotherapist, room of the underwater shower-massage, Charcot's douche and circular shower, salt chamber, sauna, pool, and phyto-bar in the camp. Doctors and nurses of the first and highest categories work with children.

Children live in 2 three-storeyed brick buildings, in 4- and 5-seater rooms. There are the following items on each floor: rooms with amenities, as well as rooms with amenities on the floor (separate place), sanitary-and-hygienic units equipped with showers, hygiene rooms, sanitary conveniences, dryers, safe for storing of cash and valuables. The camp has its own drinking water purification system (one can drink from the tap).

The vacationers eat in the separate building at the canteen, designed for up to 370 seats.

The territory is well-equipped, there is even a private water park. There are also sports grounds for basketball, volleyball, tennis court, and skating rink, ski track, and slides in the winter period, in the territory of "Timurite". There is stadium, concert hall, health track, Castle of Ideas and Fantasies for creative studios and workshops. The bath is equipped on the Ob sea. The comprehensive author's program "Pedagogy of health" is being implemented, aimed not only at strengthening children's health, but also expanding knowledge about healthy lifestyle.

Children live according to a specially designed daily routine. Daily morning exercises include exercises to raise the overall tone of the body, and evening exercises are aimed at restoring breathing and relieving nervous excitement. During the day, therapeutic exercises for eyes, for prevention of flat feet, exercises that correct posture, and breathing exercises are carried out.

How to get there: the distance from the city of Iskitim (the administrative center of Iskitimsky district) to the camp "Timurite" is 34 km by car, the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the camp is 37 km by car.

One can get from the stop" River-port" to the stop "The Settlement of Novy" by route taxis No. 321 (221) or No. 332. Then, there is bus No. 211 or route taxi No. 19 (1019) (the city of Berdsk) from the stop "Novosibirskaya" to the stop "Children's Health-improvement Camp "Timurite". And then 57 m from the stop "Children's Health-improvement Camp "Timurite" to the camp on foot.
