The Rehabilitation Center "Ortos" is the specialized center for complex rehabilitation treatment of spinal patients, people with disabilities as a result of illness or injury and prosthetic and orthopedic care for patients with limb amputation at different levels.

Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in the Center is aimed at restoring of the lost functions of the body and, as a consequence, restoring of the quality of life after surgery or stroke.

Currently, the Center is the largest in Siberia non-state multidisciplinary prosthetic-and-orthopedic enterprise in the field of production and manufacture of prosthetic-and-orthopedic products, the history of which began in 1995.

The rehabilitation center "Ortos" uses progressive methods for restorative treatment and prosthetic-and-orthopedic care, develops new technologies for the production of prosthetic-and-orthopedic products, provides patients with conditions for receiving of comprehensive medical care with a high level of service.

The rehabilitation center "Ortos" offers treatment courses in the following areas:
- rehabilitation (late period);
- day patient facility;
- postoperative rehabilitation;
- prosthetics;
- sanatorium-and-resort treatment.

Methods of treatment are determined individually.

The recommended duration of treatment:
- rehabilitation (late period) - 21 days, 30 days, 42 days (depending on indications);
- sanatorium-and-resort treatment - 10-14 days;
- day patient facility - 10 days;
- postoperative rehabilitation - 14-21 days.

The Rehabilitation Center "Ortos" provides comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of patients:
- with the consequences of spinal cord injury;
- with the consequences of traumatic brain injury, damage to the musculoskeletal system;
- after surgery for neurodegenerative diseases;
- with various types of neurological disorders.

The possibilities of modern physiotherapy are widely used in the Rehabilitation Center "Ortos".

In addition, the specialists of the Center use the latest methods of treatment:
- ozokeritotherapy;
- phyto-steam sauna;
- physical therapy (therapeutic exercise);
- kinesiotherapy with simultaneous programmable electromyostimulation;
- passive and active mechanotherapy;
- training on simulators;
- use of robotic systems ("LOCOMAT") to restore walking skills.

Patients of the Rehabilitation Center can get consultations of the following specialists:

- traumatologist-orthopedist;
- physician-prosthetist.

The sanatorium is designed for 60 seats. Vacationers live in cozy, comfortable 1- and 2-seater rooms with all amenities, rooms of "Semi-Luxe", "Luxe" categories. All rooms are equipped with TV, refrigerator, modern built-in furniture. Residential buildings are equipped with ramps and elevators.

How to get there: the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the Rehabilitation Center "Ortos" is 40 km by car.
One can get to te city of Berdsk (to the railway station "Berdsk") by electric train on the routes "Novosibirsk-Main-Cherepanovo", "Novosibirsk-Main-Iskitim", "Novosibirsk-Main-Dorogino", "Novosibirsk-Main-Berdsk", "Novosibirsk-Main-Lozhok". Then, there is bus No. 3 or route taxi No. 13 (1013) from the stop "Station "Berdsk" to the stop "Ortos". And then 80 m from the stop "Ortos" to the Rehabilitation Center on foot.
Another option: one can get from the stop "River-port" of the city of Novosibirsk to the stop "Department store" of the city of Berdsk by route taxi No. 321 (221) or 332. Then, there is bus No. 3 and route taxi No. 13 (1013) from the stop "Department store" to the stop "Ortos". And then 80 m from the stop "Ortos" to the Rehabilitation Center on foot.
