Organization "Alliance Française-Novosibirsk"

The Regional Public Cultural-and-Educational Organization "Alliance Francaise-Novosibirsk" was established with the support of the French Embassy in Russia in 2003.

The Alliance works in accordance with the principles and objectives of the International Fund "Alliance Francaise" in Paris, founded in 1883.

Main directions of activity of "Alliance Francaise-Novosibirsk" are as follows:

- Promotion of French culture in Russia, organization and holding of cultural events such as concerts, performances, film festivals and exhibitions. Within the framework of this direction the following events are held: the annual festival "French cinema nowadays", meetings with French authors, artists and scientists. Annual participation in the action "Night of museums" is organized, it takes part in the festival "White spot" and in inter-university scientific-and-practical conferences.

- Popularization of French language learning in the city of Novosibirsk. Only in "Alliance Francaise-Novosibirsk" the center of delivery of the international examinations in French DELF\DALF with the right of reception of the certificate of the state sample operates.

- Organizing and conducting of free and paid internships in France for students, enrolling in summer volunteer programs for young people up to 30 years.

- Organization and holding of international language camps for children and adolescents in Russia (Sheregesh) and France (Nice) during holidays.

- Organization and holding of competitions and educational Olympiads for prizes of the French Embassy with the possibility of internships in France.

- Provision of online library and video resources.

- Admission to French universities for free higher education programs in French and English. There is the Bureau "Campus France" at "Alliance Francaise", which cooperates with higher educational institutions of France and helps students to choose a program of study, to enter University, as well as to apply for an educational grant from the Government of France, scholarship or an internship.
