Memorial to the soldiers of Iskitimsky district who died during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 yrs.

The memorial was opened on May 9, 1981. The monument was built due to the project that was worked on by the following people: architects - B.V. Derevskii, S.V. Bogomolov, artist - N.P. Metelitsa. There is a sculptural composition in the center of the structure, against the background of the stele. Its author is Novosibirsk Sculptor M.I. Menshikov

1,220 surnames of the fallen Iskitim citizens are recorded in the pylons of the monument. The pedestals with the land brought from the cities of heroes are located on the right and left sides.
