Sanatorium "Krasnozyorsky"
The Sanatorium "Krasnozyorsky" is the ecologically-friendly health resort, located in the south of the Novosibirsk region. The resort was founded in 1965. Since 2005, it has been the sanatorium of regional importance with the level of hotel service 3 stars.
The advantage of the sanatorium is the presence of its own natural factors such as: therapeutic highly mineralized sulfide-silt mud, blue and yellow clay, brine (lake salt) - analogues of the gifts of the Dead sea, mineral water "Sanatorskaya". These healing gifts of nature are extracted from the unique lakes of Ostrovnoye and Gorkoye of the Novosibirsk region (the largest mud deposits in the Trans-Urals). The therapeutic climate of the sanatorium has the bioclimatical passport of the therapeutic-and-health-improvement area, is the fifth and most important element of effective treatment.
The sanatorium has one of the best medical and diagnostic bases in the Novosibirsk region.
Medical programs allow taking advantage of the full range of therapeutic-and-health-improvement and diagnostic measures to improve the level of health simultaneously in several systems of the body and achieve positive dynamics in the treatment of a number of diseases.
The sanatorium uses more than 120 rehabilitation programs. There was the department for medical rehabilitation of victims of industrial accidents and occupational diseases (diseases of the nervous system, musculoskeletal system and connective tissue) on the basis of the sanatorium since 2006. There was the department for after-treatment of pregnant women at risk in the period from 2007 till 2010. And in 2016, the department for medical rehabilitation of patients with impaired peripheral nervous system and musculoskeletal system was opened.
While tracking the latest trends in medical services the sanatorium Krasnozyorsky annually expands the range of procedures and treatment programs provided. The following new procedures are of great interest among the guests of the sanatorium: intravenous laser irradiation of blood (ILIB), salt therapy, carboxy therapy and kinesiotherapy.

The hotel complex of the sanatorium "Krasnozyorsky" consists of four buildings. About 400 adults and children can live in the sanatorium at the same time.
The main bedroom four-storeyed comfortable building is equipped with 2 elevators and is connected by the warm passage to the water-and-mud baths, laboratory-and-diagnostic department, gym, cafe-bar, canteen. One can choose to stay in cozy rooms of different categories of comfort such as: single, twin and double (including block ones) or two-bedroom luxes. Traditionally, the detached two-storeyed building with rooms of increased comfort of class "Apartments" is of high demand among vacationers. The rooms consist of entrance hall, bedroom, hall, kitchen, separate bathroom and sanitary conveniences. The sanatorium is constantly upgrading the room fund, focusing on the modern needs of tourists. There are comfortable rooms equipped for wheelchair users, buildings are equipped with elevators and ramps.
One of the most important factors in the treatment is the balanced diet. The health resort uses pure and natural products of local producers.
In the evenings, after the treatment, the cultural-and-leisure program is held: dance evenings, discos, concerts, themed evenings, entertainment games. There is library, reading room, cafe-bar, summer cafe, and concert hall.
There is everything one needs for sports: gym, sports equipment rental. For lovers of winter recreation there are ice rink, skiing, snowmobiling; in summer guests can enjoy bicycles, terrains, volleyball court, football field, etc. There is a sandy beach on the bank of the Karasuk river.
There is the year-round children's camp "Strawberry glade" on the base of the sanatorium "Krasnozyorsky". Experienced teaching staff, original program of seasons and warm atmosphere catch the fancy of vacationers. Parents, in turn, appreciated the therapeutic effect of trips to the camp and noted the improvement in the health of their children, as well as increased resistance to colds and viral diseases. Treatment of vacationing children is carried out on the basis of the sanatorium.
The rich program of entertainment and educational activities will allow a child to have fun and to spend time usefully. Playgrounds for active recreation, games room, master classes, preparation of creative rooms with experienced teachers and costumers, competitions. The sports equipment for any time of the year is available as well.
In 2017, the new children's building was constructed, so the placement of children has become even more comfortable now. The children live in 2- and 5-seater rooms, each of which has separate sanitary conveniences and shower. The building has everything one needs for a good rest.
Special balanced meals are provided in the children's canteen. There are 4 full-fledged reception of food during the day, and the 5 th includes fermented milk product for night. All dishes of the cuisine meet the standards of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing and sanatorium-resort therapy. In addition, the cooks are very careful about the choice of products, using environmentally friendly products of local production.

How to get there: the distance from the settlement of Krasnozyorskoye (district center of Krasnozyorsky district) to the sanatorium "Krasnozyorsky" is 8 km by car, the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the sanatorium is 300 km by car. It is necessary to go to the traffic police post Krasnozyorskoye and then follow the signs to the sanatorium.
One can also get from the Novosibirsk bus station (4 Krasny avenue) to the settlement of Krasnozyorskoye by bus on the routes "Novosibirsk-Krasnozyorskoye", "Novosibirsk-Chistoozyornoye", "Novosibirsk-Karasuk", "Novosibirsk-Polovinnoye", "Novosibirsk-Kupino", "Novosibirsk-Bagan". Further, it is necessary to get by transport from the sanatorium.
