General Consulate of Republic of Uzbekistan

The activity of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan is directed to ensuring the protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan and citizens’ interests in the Russian Federation. The Consulate General gives visas to foreign citizens for entry to Uzbekistan, draws up passports to citizens of the republic whose permanently live in the Russian Federation, legalizes and conducts notarization of documents intended for using on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, registers acts of civil status and carries out other activities.

The Consulate district of Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Novosibirsk includes the following territories of the Russian Federation:

• Siberian Federal District: Altai Republic, Gorno-Altaisk, Altai region, Republic of Buryatia, Zabaykalsk region, Irkutsk region, Kemerovo region, Krasnoyarsk region, Novosibirsk region, Omsk region, Tomsk region, Republic of Tyva, Republic of Khakassia.
• Ural Federal District: Kurgan Region, Sverdlovsk Region, Tyumen Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district - Yugra, Chelyabinsk Region, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.
• Far Eastern Federal District: the Amur Region, the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Kamchatka region, the Magadan Region, the Primorsky region, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Sakhalin Region, the Khabarovsk region, and the Chukotka Autonomous District.

All citizens living in the above-mentioned territories can apply to the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Novosibirsk for citizenship issues, passport exchange, notarial residence, as well as other consular activities.
