Novosibirsk State Regional Clinical Diagnostic Center

The State Novosibirsk Regional Clinical Diagnostic Center (SNRCDC) started its work in 1989. This is the large Outpatient-Polyclinic Institution of the Ministry of Public Health of the Novosibirsk region, providing multidisciplinary advisory-and-diagnostic assistance.

The main activities of the diagnostic center are as follows:
- early detection of socially significant pathology, primarily cancer and cardiovascular ones;
- prenatal and early postnatal diagnosis, detection of malformations and congenital metabolic disorders;
- monitoring of congenital malformations;
- dynamic medical monitoring of persons exposed to radiation;
- organization and carrying out of medical examination of citizens at the initial statement on military registration and a call for military service and in a number of other cases;
- field advisory-and-diagnostic work in the districts of the Novosibirsk region.

Nowadays, the diagnostic center is the modern medical equipment; advanced medical technologies and safe methods; comprehensive examination in the shortest possible time; a wide range of advisory services of medical specialists in the main areas of clinical medicine; availability, quality of medical services and high service culture.

Modern hardware functional diagnostics is carried out in the following areas: studies of cardiovascular and respiratory systems, neurophysiological studies of the functions of the central and peripheral nervous systems.

Multidisciplinary laboratory diagnostics
Wide possibilities of the automated laboratory allow to carry out biochemical, hematological and immunoenzyme researches. The latest methods for the study of immune status, enzyme immunoassay of hormonal status, cancer markers and infections. Morphological studies (histological, cytological and immunohistochemical methods). Diverse molecular-and-genetic and cytogenetic studies.

Medical care in the center is provided both on a free basis within the framework of the Program of state guarantees of free provision of medical care to citizens at the expense of mandatory medical insurance and the budget of the Novosibirsk region, and on a paid basis - at the expense of citizens and organizations.

Medical consulting-and-diagnostic process is provided by highly qualified personnel, 80 % of doctors have the highest and first qualification categories. The diagnostic center has 3 doctors and 24 candidates of science. State awards have three doctors, four doctors have the title of "Honored doctor of the Russian Federation". Eight doctors are recognized as the best in the regional competition "The Best doctor of the year" among doctors of the Novosibirsk region in their specialties .
