Road complex "Khutorok"

The hotel rooms of the complex "Khutorok" are located in the separate building. All structures and interior of the rooms are made of natural wood. Guests are accommodated in rooms of different categories:
- "Economy": there are single, double and triple rooms. Toilet is on the floor;
- "Standard": there are single rooms with double bed, double and triple rooms. All rooms have toilet and TV, shower or washbasin;
- double room of "Luxe" class includes bedroom and rest area with an additional sofa. It is equipped with toilet, shower, TV and refrigerator.

It offers the 24-hour cozy cafe, decorated in the form of a small museum with ancient household items besides other services for its guests. Travelers will be pleasantly surprised by the rich menu. Most dishes are made using ecologically clean products grown by local farmers.

In summer one can relax in summer houses and on the banks of a picturesque pond with reeds.

There is large playground, volleyball court, swings for children and adults, the museum (open-air) "Farmstead" for guests with children. Those who wish can treat deer Iasha with bread.

There is billiard.

Sports, cultural-and-mass events of local and regional scale are held in the territory of the complex.

It offers travelers Russian bath with closed small courtyard and large table for a friendly company to drink tea after the steam room.

One can get from the Novosibirsk bus station (4 Krasny avenue) to the city of Kargat by buses on the routes "Novosibirsk-Severnoye", "Novosibirsk-Dovolnoye", "Novosibirsk-Ust-Tarka". In addition, one can get to the city of Kargat by electric train on the route "Novosibirsk-Main-Kargat". It is possible to get from the city of Kargat to the road complex "Farmstead" by a car going its own way.
