Children's Health-improvement-and-Educational Center for Tourism "Yunost"

The purpose of the Health-improvement-and-Educational Center for Tourism "Youth" in the summer period is to create conditions for mass full-fledged active recreation, improvement of health and development of children by means of tourism and local history.

There is the children's tent camp as well as the family recreation area in the territory of the tent town "Youth" in summer. All this creates a space for active recreation of children, adolescents and their parents at the complex. In the period from early April till October there is a Rope Park "Taiga traps", climbing wall "Your top", throwing range "Jolly Rogers", role-playing games and a game of paintball. Types of activities in the summer period are very diverse. They are as follows: from excursions to the mini-zoo and greenhouse, to the city of Berdsk and to water rafting via the Berd river; from a simple walk through the rope park "Taiga traps" and to a multi-day tour.

Profile shifts are traditionally held for children and adolescents aged from 10 up to 17 years. The number of children in the camp is 45, 3 groups of 15 individuals each.
The educator and teacher-organizer as well as assistant of the counselor are appointed for each group. Under their leadership, children and adolescents acquire skills in the organization of tourist life, learn the fundamentals of tourist equipment, survival school for one shift in the camp "Youth".

The team of children and teachers of the center "Youth" is always moving forward, and is in campaigns all year round!

Route taxis No. 321 (221) and No. 332 go from the stop "River-port" to the stop "Department store" (the city of Berdsk). It is necessary to make a change for the bus No. 3 or route taxi No. 13 (1013) at the stop "Department store" and go to the stop "Marine" (the city of Berdsk). And then 1.2 km from the stop "Marine" to the town "Youth" on foot.

Another option: one can get to the railway station "Berdsk" by electric train on the routes "Novosibirsk-Main-Berdsk", "Novosibirsk-Main-Iskitim", "Novosibirsk-Main-Cherepanovo", "Novosibirsk-Main-Dorogino", "Novosibirsk-Main-Lozhok". Then, there is bus No. 3 or route taxi No. 13 (1013) from the stop "Station" (the city of Berdsk) to the stop "Marine". And then 1.2 km from the stop "Marine" to the town "Youth" on foot.
