The Sanatorium-and-Resort complex "Dovolensky" was founded in September 1965 and has been helping vacationers in improving their health for more than 50 years already. The sanatorium can simultaneously accommodate up to 220 people in cozy rooms of different comfort, it is single and double rooms, and there are rooms of the "Semi-Luxe", "Luxe" and "Studio" categories for fans of special comfort there in the territory of the resort. The Sanatorium "Dovolensky" consists of four two-storeyed residential buildings, water and mud baths, medical building and club-canteen, located at a distance of not more than 100 m from each other.

Weakly rugged topography, the proximity of the picturesque lake Dovolnoye with a great sandy beach, mixed forests and pine forests with clean air is a great place for hiking and just a relaxing holiday. The unique microclimate of the forest-steppe zone and environmentally friendly natural healing factors, such as mineral drinking medical-table water "Dovolenskaya" and saline sulfide silt mud of lake Ostrovnoye are the main advantages of the sanatorium, their combination gives a tangible effect of recovery and treatment.

Natural therapeutic resources of the sanatorium "Dovolensky" were actively studied in close cooperation with scientists of the Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, of Tomsk Scientific-and-Research Institute for Balneology and Physiotherapy, Novosibirsk State Medical University for more than a dozen years, as a result of which a scientifically based technology of operation and protection of natural factors of the sanatorium was developed, their high therapeutic efficiency was proved.
 
The medical staff of the sanatorium comprises the doctors of various profiles of the first and highest qualification category, who will pick up individual treatment in accordance with the diagnosis.

Doctors-nutritionists of the sanatorium developed a special therapeutic, dietary four meals a day due to the custom menu.

There is shop, juice bar, banquet hall, free motor car parking in the territory of the sanatorium as well. In the evening, vacationers can get engaged in incendiary dances at the dance hall, as well as in a quiet pastime in the library with a book or a game of chess.

The main medical profile of the sanatorium "Dovolensky" is diseases of the digestive organs. The specificity of the health resort in this direction is the course application of special mineral water, the source of which is located directly in the territory of the sanatorium. Its application allows for achieving impressive results even in the most difficult cases of the disease in combination with other methods.

The sanatorium can offer prevention and sanatorium-resort therapy in the following areas:

How to get there: the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the sanatorium "Dovolensky" is 300 km by car along the federal highway M 51/P 254 "Irtysh". It is necessary to turn to the highway P 383 (Kargat-Kochki), passing the settlement of Kargat, then turn to the village of Ust-Sumy and to the sanatorium "Dovolensky". Another option: One can get from the Novosibirsk bus station (4 Krasny avenue) to the village of Dovolnoye by bus on the route "Novosibirsk-Dovolnoye".
