The Hotel-Resort "Morozovo" is located on the shore of the Berdsk bay of the Ob sea in the forested area of the Morozovo tract.
 
The hotel provides sanatorium-and-resort rehabilitation treatment and treatment of diseases of gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular system, urological sphere, pathologies of joints and feet, osteochondrosis, stress.
 
There are such procedures as: pearl baths, jacuzzi, different types of shower: Vichy, Charcot, circular, rain and rising, as well as phyto-antler barrels. Phyto-homeopathic and medical treatment is conducted.
 
Accommodation is offered in the four-storeyed building with heating, hot and cold water supply, telephone, 1-2-bed standard rooms, "Luxe" and "Semi-Luxe" rooms. There are 37 rooms in total.

The restaurant serves Russian and European cuisine around the clock. Summer banquet hall allows organizing weddings, business receptions, corporate and entertainment events.
 
Leisure of vacationers is organized in the following way: billiards, horse riding, skiing, sauna, karaoke bar, barbecue area, children's playground, gym, sports equipment rental. There is outdoor swimming pool and beach.
 
Corporate conference rooms with lighting and sound equipment and meeting room are at guest's disposal.
