Краснозёрский художественно-краеведческий музей имени В.И. Коробейникова
The Krasnozyorsky Museum of Arts and Local History named after V.I. Korobeinikov was founded in 1970 as an art gallery. Until 1975 it was an exhibition hall in the District House of Culture. In 1975, a collection consisting of 500 paintings and drawings by Novosibirsk artists moved to the new building. Novosibirsk artists provided great help and support in this endeavor such as: brothers V.V. and I.V. Titkov, I.P. Popov, sculptor M.I. Menshikov. In 1973, the widow of the oldest Novosibirsk artist M. Mochalov gave the museum 300 of his paintings. The museum received a collection of paintings and drawings of artists of the RSFSR from the Directorate of the Art Fund of the RSFSR in 1977. The hall of local history with materials and documents on the history of Krasnozyorsky district was opened in the new building in 1976.
More than 250 authors are represented in the art fund, 80 of them are artists of the city of Novosibirsk and of the Novosibirsk region, the rest are artists of Russia and Ukraine. Traditionally, the action "Night of museums" is held with great success here.
