Комплекс «Новый»

The Complex "New" is located on the picturesque shore of the Ob sea. It includes hotel, restaurants, saunas, cafes, etc.

Guests stay at the hotel. The following categories of numbers are presented:
- "Economy". These are single rooms with an entrance hall and bathroom. Each room is equipped with TV, hot and cold water supply.
- "Semi-Luxe". These are single rooms with an entrance hall and bathroom. They are furnished with comfortable double bed (or single beds) with bedside tables. The rooms have rest area with soft furniture and coffee table, equipped with TV, telephone, and Internet access.
- "Luxe". These are two-room suits. They include spacious living-room, furnished with soft furniture. The bedroom has double bed with bedside tables, rolling door wardrobe and dressing table. Rooms are equipped with TV, mini-bar, telephone, Internet access.

There are shower cabins and sanitary conveniences at the bathrooms of all numbers Bathrobes are also provided in the rooms of "Luxe" category.

Wedding Luxe is a spacious VIP apartment with living-room and bedroom, luxury furniture, bathroom with all necessary accessories.
 
Restaurants of the complex "New" include the following ones:
- restaurant-and-bar "Chicago". The menu offers dishes of European, Italian and author's cuisine. There is a hall for 60 people. Live music is provided here every day except Monday.
- cafe of the Complex "New". European cuisine is served here.
- banquet hall. Corporate parties, receptions, presentations, wedding celebrations are held here.

The choice of saunas is as follows: sauna No. 1, family sauna.

For seminars and business meetings the Complex "New" offers conference hall with a capacity of up to 35 people and meeting room (8 sq.m.). The conference hall is equipped with the following items: projector, marker board, sound equipment, Wi-Fi.

Free private motor car parking is available in its territory.

How to get there: the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the complex "New" is 32 km by car.
The route taxis No. 321 (221) and No. 332 go from the stop "River-port" to the stop "The settlement of Novy" (the city of Berdsk). And then from the stop "The settlement of Novy" to the Complex "New" on foot.

Another option: there is an electric train on the routes "Novosibirsk-Main-Cherepanovo", "Novosibirsk-Main-Iskitim", "Novosibirsk-Main-Dorogino" from the railway station "Novosibirsk-Main" to the railway station "Beregovaya". And then 609 m from the stop "Beregovaya" to the Complex "New" on foot.
