In 2002 Bishop Tikhon blessed the creation of the parish in the name of the Holy Tsar Nicholas. The site chosen for the construction of the temple at the intersection of Voinskaya and Nikitina streets was the former cemetery. On April 16, 2003, the prayer service was held at the site of the future temple in front of the Miraculous Myrrh-streaming Icon of Tsar Nicholas. In 2006, Bishop Tikhon consecrated the stepping stone on the site of the future temple. Within a year from that moment, the construction of the temporary temple was carried out for the donations of parishioners.

In 2014 Bishop Tikhon, Metropolitan of Novosibirsk and Berdsk, consecrated the stepping stone on the site of the future temple in the name of the Holy Martyr Tsar Nicholas. Construction work was started. Currently, the temple is completely ready and invites parishioners.

The parish runs intense activity. There is the Sunday school for adults and Children's Sunday School of St. Alexis .

Since 2011 the parish in the name of the Holy Tsar Nicholas II spiritually provides guidance to the Maternity hospital No. 4, where every working day from 11:00 till 15:00 the chapel in the name of the Feodor Icon of the Mother of God is open.

The parish provides assistance to the poor. Anyone in need can get children's, women's, and men's clothing, toys, textbooks.

Work pattern: daily from 10:00 till 18:00 without lunch
