Дом-музей им. П.П. Бажова
The Museum of Literature and Local History named after P.P. Bazhov is located in the room with an area of 89.7 sq.m. By the time of opening on January 20, 1984, the museum had about 700 exhibits. It was opened in honor of the famous Ural writer Pavel Petrovich Bazhov, who lived (March 1919 - June 1919) in the village of Bergul of the Severny district of the Novosibirsk region.
In 2015, the museum fund had more than 2,000 items. Motifs of Bazhov's fairy tales are used in the design. Diaries, letters, memoirs and photos of pupils and relatives of Pavel Petrovich are kept here. Guests can see the writer's room, where the items he used are preserved.
The library hall offers visitors a wide variety of literature. On holidays associated with the birthday of the writer (January 27, 1879), the decade of "Bazhov's days", which includes various competitions, festivals, reading and watching of films based on "Bazhov" fairy-tales, is held here.

One can get from the Novosibirsk bus station (43a Dmitriya Shamshurina ul.) to the village of Severnoye by bus on the route "Novosibirsk-Severnoye". The village of Severnoye and the village of Bergul are connected by bus service.
