The Recreation Facility "At the lake" is located in the Kochenyovsky district of the Novosibirsk region, near the worker's settlement of Kochenyovo, on the shore of the picturesque lake.

Guests are accommodated in two buildings. The first building is a two-storeyed hotel with 11 rooms: it can accommodate up to 35 people. Each room has the following items: soft beds and TV. The rooms of enhanced comfort have shower cabins.

On the first floor of the first building there is banquet hall designed for 30-40 guests. Banquets and weddings, family celebrations, birthdays and parties are celebrated here.

II building of the Tourist Facility "At the lake" includes 7 double rooms, banquet hall for 14-15 people, hall with TV.

Each room of the II building has shower and toilet. There are 2 summer houses, designed for 6 and 12 people there in the territory of the second building.

It offers the following items for guests:

- the area of the beach with umbrellas, sunbeds, sand, which is alway clean;
- lake with clear and warm water;
- water transport: - boats, catamarans;

How to get there: the distance from the worker's settlement of Kochenyovo (district center) to the recreation facility is 8 km by car, the distance from the city of Novosibirsk to the recreation facility is 55 km by car.
One can get to the settlement of Kochenyovo by electric train on the routes "Novosibirsk-Main–Chulymskaya", "Novosibirsk-Main-Kargat", "Novosibirsk-Main-Kochenyovo", "Novosibirsk-Main-Duplenskaya".
One can get from the Novosibirsk bus station (4 Krasny avenue) to the settlement of Kochenyovo by buses on the routes "Novosibirsk-Severnoye", "Novosibirsk-Ust-Tarka". One can get from the settlement of Kochenyovo to the recreation facility by car.
