Two-storeyed brick mansion in 25 Yadrintsevskaya str.

The two-storeyed brick mansion in the 25 Yadrintsevskaya street was built in 1911. The house was recognized as an architectural monument of regional importance on February 16, 1987. Composer Askold Fedorovich Murov worked in this building in 1986-1996.

The brick mansion is an example of the urban architecture of the city of Novonikolayevsk in the early XX century. The building is located on the red line of Yadrintsevskaya street in the central part of the city.
