Historical Park "Russia is my history"

The modern multimedia exposition is located in the renovated historical building of the city of Novosibirsk, i.e. in the garrison House of officers of the Military camp. As a result of the reconstruction, the total area of the building was increased up to 6,842 sq.m., and the area of the interactive exposition alone is more than 4,000 sq.m.

Modern exhibition halls for 4 expositions are designed at the historical park, namely: "Rurik dynasty", "Romanoff dynasty", "XX century. From Great Shocks to Great Victory", "Russia is my address. 1945 — 2016". All the forms of information carriers are presented here such as: touch tables and screens, spacious cinemas, light-boxes, collages, projectors, tablet computers. Modern technologies of museum display are applied, including video graphics, animation, three-dimensional modeling, and digital reconstructions.

Multimedia expositions along with the history of Russian statehood include the history of Siberia and in particular one of the Novosibirsk region. The regional part contains materials on the most important events in the history of the region. Scientists and historians have carried out a large-scale work on supplement of the All-Russian expositions with significant historical data about the history of the region, which are presented in the exhibition space on multimedia media using the most modern technologies.

It is the Branch of the Novosibirsk State Museum of Local History.
