Мемориал солдатам, погибшим в Великой Отечественной войне, в Павловском сквере
The square was designed in 1947 during the construction of the district "Red hill". The natural array of large-sized trees was preserved. In 2001, the square was named Pavlovsky in honor of Pavel Semenovich Vlasov, the Hero of Socialist Labor and former Director of the Novosibirsk plant of Chemical Concentrates.
The memorial to the soldiers who died in the Great Patriotic War was established in the early 1980s. Sculptor - Mikhail Ivanovich Menshikov. The enlarged copies of awards and orders of the Soviet time rise on metal constructions. Everyone can honor the memory of soldiers who died in the war. Commemorative wreaths are laid at the memorial every year on May 9.
